Had a fender bender, and there is a new auto body shop around the corner from my house. The only problem was some tearing in the paint on the front bumper. Some places would have required that I replace the bumper. Once I explained to Alex that I was having the person who caused the accident pay cash, he recognized that he could do equally quality work with the existing bumper. No sense gouging anyone. Took the car in on a Monday morning and had it back at the end of the day on Tuesday. Car looked great, the staff was excellent, and I even ran into an amigo from my Maudie's days. The only complaint was that whoever detailed the interior did a half-ass job. Easily remedied with a quick trip to Five Star Car Wash down the road!
